• Accommodations: Three (3) spacious bedrooms with (3) en-suite baths, plus two (2) sofa sleepers for additional guests. Accessible walk-in showers (no thresholds) and a master bedroom with a makeup vanity overlooking Laguna Madre provide extra comfort and convenience. A downstairs powder room and (1) full outdoor bath is availed in the pool cabana as well.
• Infinity Pool & Outdoor Living: An infinity pool overlooks the crystal-clear waters of Laguna Madre. The backyard, designed for gatherings, features seating for up to 20, including a dining table (seats 8), bar seating (4), a bistro table (4), and lounge chairs across the patios.
• Spacious Interiors: The open-concept layout, natural light, and breathtaking water views create an atmosphere of relaxation and togetherness. Thoughtfully arranged oversized U-shaped social sofa seats 10 framing the waterfront views perfectly.  With ample seating for 10 at the dining table , plus 4 barstools at the kitchen island provide ample space for large groups to gather, eat, drink and be merry.
• Direct Water Access: Direct access from the backyard to Laguna Madre makes it nearly effortless to kayak, paddleboard, wade fish for redfish, or beachcomb for hermit crabs on Tortuga Flats. The jetty provides a prime spot for fishing or simply soaking in the serene surroundings or watching the fish jump and birds in their habitat.
• Small Pet-Friendly: The yard is fenced for small breeds, with an optional doggy door for a sliding doors. Furry friends are welcome (small breeds only), and guests are expected to clean up immediately after their pets.

During your stay at “Ahh Da Sea”: The entire property is yours to enjoy, including the private Laguna Madre and jetty access, private infinity pool 🏊 and outdoor pool cabana with a charcoal or gas grill available behind the bar . Guests also have access to The Shores’ gated amenities, security patrol 🚓 , boat slips and private 🐚 gulf front beach access.  At our South Padre Island beach house, our policy is mi casa es su casa.

• • 5 SUPs 🚣‍♂️ (stand up paddle boards), a surfboard 🏄‍♂️, beach carts, beach chairs,🏖️ pool toys, boogie boards, life vests, bocce, cornhole, bay and surf fishing rods🎣, nets, and tackle and a 🎯 dartboard in the garage, which doubles as a game room.  Numerous incredibly fun family classic board & card games are ready for your fun and enjoyment.♦️♣️♦️♠️ 

• • A fully stocked house with modern appliances, a margarita 🍸 blender, variety of bar glasses, a spice rack, basic cooking needs. washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, crib, high chair and robotic vacuums.
