• Accommodations: Three (3) spacious bedrooms with (3) en-suite baths, plus two (2) sofa sleepers for additional guests. Accessible walk-in showers (no thresholds) and a master bedroom with a makeup vanity overlooking Laguna Madre provide extra comfort and convenience. A downstairs powder room and (1) full outdoor bath is availed in the pool cabana as well.
• Infinity Pool & Outdoor Living: An infinity pool overlooks the crystal-clear waters of Laguna Madre. The backyard, designed for gatherings, features seating for up to 20, including a dining table (seats 8), bar seating (4), a bistro table (4), and lounge chairs across the patios.
• Spacious Interiors: The open-concept layout, natural light, and breathtaking water views create an atmosphere of relaxation and togetherness. Thoughtfully arranged oversized U-shaped social sofa seats 10 framing the waterfront views perfectly.  With ample seating for 10 at the dining table , plus 4 barstools at the kitchen island provide ample space for large groups to gather, eat, drink and be merry.
