Accessible walk-in showers (no thresholds) and a master bedroom with a makeup vanity overlooking Laguna Madre provide extra comfort and convenience. A downstairs powder room and (1) full outdoor bath is availed in the pool cabana as well.

- Direct Water Access: Direct access from the backyard to Laguna Madre makes it nearly effortless to kayak, paddleboard, wade fish for redfish, or beachcomb for hermit crabs on Tortuga Flats. The jetty provides a prime spot for fishing or simply soaking in the serene surroundings or watching the fish jump and birds in their habitat.
- Small Pet-Friendly: The yard is fenced for small breeds, with an optional doggy door for a sliding doors. Furry friends are welcome (small breeds only), and guests are expected to clean up immediately after their pets.
